Glazed with sleek glass surfaces combined with natural concrete, the façade is a sartorial union of cleancut lines and artful forms.
Glass and natural concrete provide a startling symmetry on the lower podium, serving as the entrance to Park Ave. The design draws on the materiality and expression of understated strength, capturing the enduring spirit of Lower Manhattan’s buildings.
